"Excellent service! Traveling from MO I knew I had to change agents. Miss Dana helped me at Ms Counts’ agency. Muss Dana was friendly, caring, understanding, patient, and interested in me, my situation, and my needs. Phenomenal service! I left feeling really great about transferring my SF Ins to this agency, and Miss Dana was the main reason why! State Farm has always been great insurance; I’ve had them forever. "I canceled an auto insurance policy before it started and confirmed the cancellation. Despite this, I received notices stating my policy was being canceled for non-payment and later that it was rejected due to a bad driving record which is inaccurate These notices could harm my insurance record and credibility, and I am concerned about potential misinformation being reported I have contacted the agent and State Farm directly, but the issue remains unresolved"
