"I have had renters insurance here for a few years now. All was good and easy. Today I had to get a second insurance policy for a new apartment (because I overlapped the weeks to move, I'm lazy). Dana Johnson helped me out and she was sweet and helpful. I didn't realize until the afternoon that I had given her the WRONG address. It was a hectic day. But she was so nice and communicative about the prices and changes. Everything was wonderful. Today, I was the ditzy villain and Dana was the hero. Thank ya'll!!!"

"Excellent service! Traveling from MO I knew I had to change agents. Miss Dana helped me at Ms Counts’ agency. Muss Dana was friendly, caring, understanding, patient, and interested in me, my situation, and my needs. Phenomenal service! I left feeling really great about transferring my SF Ins to this agency, and Miss Dana was the main reason why! State Farm has always been great insurance; I’ve had them forever.
